2009 Prize Submission Information
- Arthur P. Whitaker Award for best book published by a member in the past two years. To be eligible, you must have been a member in good standing (i.e. paid your dues to the organization) in 2007 and 2008, and the book must have been published in 2007 or 2008. Please submit three copies of your book to: John Stolle-McAllister, MLL–ACIV #146, UMBC, 1000 Hilltop Circle, Baltimore MD 21250, by Jan 1, 2009.
- Harold Eugene Davis Award for best article published by a member in the past two years. To be eligible you must have been a member in good standing in 2007 and 2008 and the article must have been published in 2007 or 2008. Please submit your paper to: Brian Turner, Department of Political Science, Randolph-Macon College, PO Box 5005, Ashland, VA 23005-5505, by January 1, 2009.
- John D. Martz III Award for the best paper submitted to the 2009 Conference by a graduate student. Please forward your paper to Barbara Tenenbaum by 1 February 2009.
